help to pass emissions test?
1. What is carbon and how does it get build up in the engine?
Incomplete combustion of gasoline creates carbon and this is normal
and unavoidable.
Over time, carbon is deposited throughout your engine, covering the
injectors, spark plugs, oxygen sensors, and catalytic converter. These
are vital components that require regular maintenance and are very
costly to replace.
2. Is carbon
build up harmful to the vehicle?
Carbon will rob your engine of power, performance and fuel efficiency.
A vehicle with excessive carbon build up will emit more harmful emissions
into the environment and failing regulated emissions test.
3.
Will a single TERRACLEAN™ treatment remove carbon build up
Depending on the make of the vehicle and the condition it’s in prior
to the treatment, most consumers have reported an immediate significant
improvement in fuel economy and drivability after performing a TERRACLEAN™
treatment removing carbon build up.
4. What else can TERRACLEAN™ do?
The TERRACLEAN™ system is the only complete fuel and emissions system
cleaning service that is proven to also clean Oxygen Sensors and Catalytic
Converters. Other chemical based cleaning services only soften carbon
deposits on the injectors and within the combustion chamber.
5. How does TERRACLEAN™
work?
TERRACLEAN™ is a modified fuel that is molecularly smaller and electrically
charged. The electrically charged TERRACLEAN™ fluid acts like a magnet
inside your engine, safely attracting to carbon deposits from within
your engine, one molecule at a time. The carbon is then completely
burned off during the combustion cycle.
6. What is the
difference between TERRACLEAN™ and gas tank additives?
Gas tank additives are chemical based products that may offer temporary
relief for engine sluggishness. While trying to clean the injectors,
however, these products can potentially cause damage to the gas tank
lining, to the fuel pump, and to other plastic/rubber components within
the engine using chemical cleaners. (Check your manufacturer’s specs.)
7. What is the
difference between TERRACLEAN™ and chemical/detergent injection flushes
(Competitions)?
Chemical and detergent flushes do not burn off the carbon like the
TERRACLEAN™ treatment does. Rather, they soften the carbon on the
injectors and within the combustion chamber, and flush it further
down the engine, potentially causing longer-term harm to the more
expensive components of the engine, namely the oxygen sensor and the
catalytic converter. Furthermore, chemical and detergent injection
flushes can potentially harm fuel injectors as well as the plastic
and rubber parts within the engine. TERRACLEAN™, on the other hand,
is a reformulated, purified gasoline and therefore will not damage
engine components.
8. How often should
I have my vehicle TERRACLEAN™ as a preventive maintenance?
It is recommended that a vehicle should have a TERRACLEAN™ treatment
each 15,000 miles or every year at a minimum.
9. Could TERRACLEAN™
help to pass emissions test?
A TERRACLEAN™ treatment has proven to help you pass an emissions test
within minutes of the treatment, and at the same time helps reduce
exhaust fumes that are harmful to the environment.
